PAY ENTRY FEES
USING PAYPAL

Entries paid using PayPal are charged a $3.00 fee per entry
(dog) in each of the four events being offered. Entries paid
via PayPal will not be considered completed or finalized
until both the completed entry form and PayPal verification
that entry fees have been paid in full are received at the
respective Show Secretary's Office. Verification of the
successful PayPal transaction will be delivered
simultaneously by e-mail to both yours and the appropriate
Show Secretary's e-mail address, as soon as the transaction
is successfully completed.
Payment for
entries in both the Specialty Conformation Shows/Obedience
Trials AND the Specialty Rally Trials CANNOT be combined.
The
Specialty Conformation Shows/Obedience Trials AND
the Specialty Rally Trials are two separate events, each
using its own entry and Show Secretary. Any payment intended
to combine entry fees for both these separate events will
result in those entries being discarded and entry fees
returned to payee, less the $3.00 fee charged for each entry
for use of PayPal's services.

Directions for sending your completed entry form
to the Show Secretary, once your entry fees have been paid using PayPal,
are below, following the shopping list for calculating and paying your
entry fees, below.
Entry
order forms MUST be sent to the Show Secretary!! Payment of your
entry fees through PayPal does NOT constitute an entry! You may
use either the entry form you received in the U.S. mail (included in the
show Premiums), or you can print them from the
Events
page, using either the Microsoft Word document or Adobe PDF file. Simply
follow the desired link on the
Events page to print your entry
form(s).
General rules & regulations regarding the use of the PayPal service:
- Entries paid via PayPal will be
required to be either faxed or e-mailed directly to the Show
Secretary at the time of payment. Please contact the
Show Secretary for information to fax and/or e-mail your entry direct
(Show Secretary contact info below)
- Your completed entries must be
faxed or e-mailed to the Show Secretary's
office within 24 hours of making your PayPal payment for those entries
- Your PayPal payment for entries
must be made and finalized within 24 hours of sending your faxed or
e-mailed entry to the Show Secretary
- Entries faxed or e-mailed to the Show
Secretary pending PayPal payment which are not paid via PayPal
within 24 hours of being received at the Show Secretary's office,
will be discarded and considered not entered
- PayPal payments made for entries
not faxed or e-mailed to the Show Secretary's office within 24 hours
of payment will be returned to the paying party via PayPal, less the
$3.00 PayPal fee charged per dog in addition to entry fees
